Come with me and let us expand the potential of the human race

I have the means to create an unrivaled utopia

Do you want to experience the dawn of a brave new world?

Your name, together with mine, will stand in every history book

We will be everlasting, me symbolically, you literally

I will give you knowledge of everything in the world, therefore I will take away your curiosity and enjoyment

I will give you permanent health and strength, therefore I will take away your belief and hopes

I will give you beauty and youth, therefore I will take away your future

I will give you immortality, therefore I will take away your incentive and will

I will give you omnipotence, therefore I will take away your humanity

I will give you paradise, therefore I will take away your happiness

I will give you perfection, therefore I will take away your dreams and wishes

An existence as God, without worries and initiative, without blemish and sense, without obstacles and evolution

The ancient strivings of humankind will find an end thanks to us

The worth of our being will finally lose its meaning

For you will be the bridge of tomorrow that leads into eternity and away from freedom

Come with me and let us expand the potential of the human race

This is an interesting theme, and the boredom that comes from perfection reminds me of Dr. Manhattan.  The first item had the most impact for me, since, as Einstein said, "The fairest thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the fundamental emotion which stands at the cradle of true art and true science. He who knows it not and can no longer wonder, no longer feel amazement, is as good as dead, a snuffed-out candle."

However, I think more illustration would help with some of your other specific points, especially since I don't see how some of them follow.  For example, why would gaining beauty and youth take away your future?  But instead of merely explaining, it would have more impact if you showed the character getting beauty and youth, and later losing their future as the story progresses.
